Note that all delegates are expected to comply with the Society’s Code of Conduct.
If you require approval of your abstract before registration, please upload your file here. Once your abstract is approved by the scientific committee, you will then need to proceed to online registration to guarantee your place in the programme (oral or poster).
The abstract deadline is 6th March 2026.
Carers
For delegates with caring responsibilities, we will offer a private room for feeding/changing. We will also include use of a refrigerator. Carers (who are accompanying a delegate) are welcome to join the coffee breaks and lunch offering free of charge. To attend the ice-breaker or banquet, carers should register as “accompanying persons”. See below.

We have an “accompanying persons” rate. This covers attendance at the ice-breaker reception and the banquet as well as the lunch and tea/coffee breaks.
